The George is a beautiful historic 16th
century coaching inn. Three rooms have been licensed for
marriage ceremonies and can seat from 30-50 guests.
Small rooms are available for intimate receptions and the
splendid oak-panelled dining room can hold up to 110 guests for
the wedding breakfast, with the business centre being ideal for
the evening receptions, catering for up to 120 guests. Marquees
can also be arranged for larger parties.
The hotel has 47 individually designed bedrooms including
four poster rooms.

The Garden House Hotel is situated next to
Burghley Park in the historic town of Stamford. Built in the
18th century, it has since been developed into a beautiful
twenty room town house hotel.
The conservatory and bar overlook a tranquil haven of lawns,
flowers and shrubs stretching to approximately one acre.
